How do I upload my website files?

You can upload files in two ways:

Method 1: File Manager (easiest)

1. Log in to the Unified Panel
2. Open Services → Web Hosting and select your plan
3. Click "File Manager". It opens in your site's web root folder, /public_html
4. Click "Upload Files" and select one or more files

The File Manager uploads individual files. It can't extract ZIP or TAR archives, so for a whole site with many folders, SFTP is quicker.

Method 2: SFTP

1. On your hosting page, open "FTP / SFTP" and click "Create FTP Account" if you don't have one yet
2. Download FileZilla, WinSCP or another SFTP client
3. Connect with protocol SFTP, the host shown on the FTP Accounts page, port 2812, and your FTP account username and password
4. Upload your files into /public_html

Note: Access is SFTP only (encrypted). Plain FTP on port 21 is not available.
