Themes
Open your avatar menu and choose Profile Settings. In the Preferences card, use the Theme menu to pick one of three options:
- Dark — the default panel look.
- OLED Black — a pure black background. Battery-friendly on OLED phones and easy on the eyes at night.
- Light — a light theme for daytime use.
Your choice is saved to your account and applies whenever you sign in.
Notifications
On Profile Settings, click Notification Preferences. You can turn email and push notifications on or off for support tickets, invoices and billing, service updates, and marketing and announcements, then click Save Preferences. Marketing email is only sent with your consent.
Install the app
The panel can be installed from your browser as a Progressive Web App. You get a standalone window that behaves like a native app:
- Opens without browser chrome (no address bar).
- Has its own icon on your taskbar or home screen.
Installing on common platforms
- Chrome / Edge / Brave (desktop) — click the install icon at the right edge of the address bar.
- Safari (iOS / iPadOS) — tap Share → Add to Home Screen.
- Chrome (Android) — tap the three-dot menu → Install app or Add to Home screen.
- Safari (macOS) — File → Add to Dock.
Command palette
Press Cmd + K (macOS), Ctrl + K (Windows / Linux) or / anywhere in the panel to open search. Type a service name, IP address, domain, invoice number, or an action like "new ticket" to jump straight there.
