Welcome aboard
Thanks for choosing Sable Servers. This guide is the fastest way to get familiar with your account, deploy your first service, and find help if you get stuck.
What you can do here
The Unified Panel is one place for everything we host for you:
- VPS — Linux virtual servers with full root access, Windows Server VPS (bring your own licence), and HomeLab VPS with no public IPv4, reached over WireGuard.
- Game Servers — Minecraft, Rust, ARK, Palworld, Valheim and more, plus custom builds, with a web file manager, console and schedules.
- Web Hosting — nginx and PHP-FPM hosting with email, free SSL, one-click apps and backups included.
- Private Networking — a WireGuard private network that connects your VPS servers and your own devices.
- Storage Buckets — S3-compatible object storage, kept in Toronto (CA-East).
Setting up your account
- Verify your email. We send invoices, security alerts and service notices there.
- Enable two-factor authentication. Open your avatar menu, choose Security, and click Enable 2FA. It takes a minute and greatly improves account security.
- Add a payment method. Open your avatar menu, choose Profile Settings, then Payment Methods, so renewals don't lapse.
- Pin your favourite services. On desktop, click the pencil (Edit pinned services) in the top bar to keep up to 9 services one click away.
Deploying your first service
Click Deploy Service on your dashboard, or open the Store, and pick the product you need. The checkout walks you through the plan, location and any add-ons. Services run in Montreal (YUL1).
Once it's ready, your service shows up under Services with power controls, a console and its other tools.
Billing and renewals
Every service has a billing cycle: monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual. Longer cycles cost less. Services renew automatically until you cancel, and we bill in Canadian dollars. If auto-pay is on, renewal invoices are charged to your default card when due. You can also pay by Interac e-Transfer or account credit.
- Invoices — click Billing in the menu for your full history, PDFs and payment status.
- Payment Methods — add or remove cards securely through Stripe.
- Loyalty Rewards — 12 months of service earns a free month. Track it on the Free Month Progress card on your dashboard.

Getting help
If something isn't working or you have a question:
- Search this Knowledge Base. Most common questions are answered here.
- Go to Support → Tickets and click New Ticket. Include the service name and any logs or screenshots. A person from our team in Nova Scotia answers.
- Check the Status Page to see if there's an active incident or planned maintenance.
We also run a community on Discord, where other users may help, but it is not an official support channel.
Security tips
- Use a unique, strong password and turn on 2FA.
- Revoke API keys you no longer use (avatar menu → API Keys).
- Keep your services patched. We don't update the operating system inside your VPS for you, but our Managed Servers plans can.
- Keep your own copies of anything important. Backups are a convenience, not a guarantee.
