Welcome aboard

Thanks for choosing SableServers. This guide is the fastest way to get familiar with your account, deploy your first service, and find help if you ever get stuck.

What you can do here

Your panel is one place for everything we host for you:

  1. VPS — Linux and Windows virtual servers with full root access, snapshots, and a built-in console.
  2. Game Servers — One-click deployments for 139+ games, with a web file manager, console, and scheduled tasks.
  3. Web Hosting — Fast nginx + PHP-FPM hosting with email, SSL, and one-click apps.
  4. Private Networking — A WireGuard-based private network connecting your services and personal devices.
  5. Storage Buckets — S3-compatible object storage for backups and large assets.

Setting up your account

  1. Verify your email. We send important notifications (invoices, security alerts, service status) here.
  2. Enable two-factor authentication. Head to Account → Security and turn on TOTP. It only takes a minute and dramatically improves account security.
  3. Add a payment method. Visit Billing → Payment Methods so renewals never lapse.
  4. Pin your favorite services. Use the pin button on any service to keep it one click away from the top bar.

Deploying your first service

Open the Store and pick the product type you need. The checkout flow walks you through region, plan, hostname, and any add-ons. Most services provision in under a minute — you'll get an email and an in-panel notification when it's ready.

Once provisioned, your service shows up under Services with power controls, a console, backups, and resource graphs.

Billing and renewals

Every service has a billing cycle (hourly, monthly, quarterly, or annual). Invoices are generated before renewal and auto-charged to your default payment method. You can review everything under Billing:

  1. Invoices — Full history, downloads, and payment status.
  2. Payment Methods — Add or remove cards securely via Stripe.
  3. Loyalty Rewards — Every month you stay with us earns progress toward a free month of service.

Getting help

If something isn't working or you have a question:

  1. Search this Knowledge Base — most common questions are answered here.
  2. Open a ticket from Support → New Ticket. Include service IDs and any relevant logs or screenshots.
  3. Check the Status Page to see if there's an active incident.

Our team typically responds within a few hours, faster for urgent issues. We're here to help — don't hesitate to reach out.

Security tips

  1. Use a unique, strong password and enable 2FA.
  2. Rotate API keys you no longer use under Account → API Keys.
  3. Keep your services patched. We can't apply OS-level updates inside your VPS for you, but Managed Services can.
