Privacy Policy

Last Updated: May 19, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Sable Servers Inc. ("Sable Servers," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you create an account, purchase services, contact support, or use our hosting platform.

We are based in Nova Scotia, Canada and handle personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), where applicable.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, information generated by your use of our services, and information required to operate, secure, and bill for those services.

  • Account details such as name, email address, phone number, company name, and billing address
  • Authentication and security data such as password hashes, two-factor settings, sessions, IP addresses, device details, and login history
  • Billing information such as invoices, payment status, transaction references, tax details, and payment method metadata
  • Support communications, ticket attachments, service requests, and administrative notes needed to resolve issues
  • Service metadata such as server names, hostnames, IP assignments, resource usage, backups, logs, and configuration records

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to provide and improve services, protect our platform, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with customers.

  • Create and manage customer accounts
  • Provision, operate, monitor, support, suspend, or terminate services
  • Process payments, issue invoices, prevent fraud, and manage chargebacks
  • Send service, security, billing, support, and account verification messages
  • Investigate abuse, security events, and violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Maintain audit logs and operational records required for security and compliance

4. Service Content

Customer content stored on servers, web hosting accounts, game servers, backups, or storage services remains your responsibility. We do not actively review customer content, but we may access metadata or content when required to provide support, restore service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or protect the platform.

5. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers and partners who help us operate the platform, including payment processors, email providers, infrastructure providers, fraud prevention tools, support tools, and backup/storage providers.

We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, valid legal process, or when necessary to protect our rights, customers, staff, infrastructure, or the public.

6. International Processing

Our services and vendors may process or store information in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions. Where information is processed outside your province or country, it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption for sensitive fields, logging, password hashing, session protections, and operational monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, and customers are responsible for keeping account credentials, API keys, and server credentials confidential.

8. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain backups, and protect against fraud or abuse. Some logs, invoices, audit records, and backup data may remain for a limited period after account closure.

9. Your Choices

You may update account profile information from the customer panel. You may also contact support to request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information, subject to identity verification, legal retention requirements, fraud prevention, and operational limitations.

10. Cookies, Sessions, and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, secure your session, remember preferences, support two-factor trusted devices, and prevent CSRF attacks. Disabling cookies may prevent the panel from working correctly.

We also operate a first-party analytics tracker on the public pages of this panel (sign-in, registration, public storefront). It is hosted on our own infrastructure in Canada — no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no third-party tracker. By default it stores only a persistent per-browser visitor ID (in your browser's localStorage), the page path, your approximate country (derived from IP via api.country.is; only the 2-letter country code is stored), how long you stayed on the page, and the timestamp. Visits respect the DNT: 1 Do-Not-Track header. Marketing-analytics visit rows are retained for up to 395 days and then deleted by a scheduled cleanup job. Once you sign in, panel page-views are no longer captured by this tracker.

11. Communications

Transactional messages such as verification emails, password resets, invoices, service notices, support replies, and security alerts are required for account and service operation. Marketing messages, where used, will include opt-out controls where required by law.

12. Children

Our services are not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the panel, email, or website notice where appropriate. Continued use of services after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
