- Schedule: Daily automatic backups, kept for 7 days
- What's covered: Your website files and databases
- Offsite storage: Backups are stored on object storage, separate from the hosting server
- Manual backups: Click "Create Backup" on your plan's "Backups" page before big changes
- Restores: Click "Restore" next to any backup on the Backups page. A restore overwrites your current website files and databases
- Download: Use the download button to keep your own copy
Optional add-ons: 30-day retention or hourly backups can be turned on from the Backups page for a monthly fee.
Our recommendation: Backups are a convenience, not a guarantee. Keep your own copies of anything important, stored somewhere other than your hosting account. See section 7 of our Terms of Service.
