Can I get a dedicated IP address?

It depends on the service:

Virtual servers (VPS):

Included: 1 dedicated public IPv4 address
Extra IPv4 at checkout: add up to 2 more when you order. The price is shown at checkout
Extra IPv4 later: open your VPS, go to Network and click Purchase Additional IPv4. You pay a prorated invoice and the address is assigned once it's paid. Each VPS can have up to 5 IPv4 addresses; for more, open a Billing ticket
IPv6: a /64 block is free. Set IPv6 to 1 at checkout and we assign it automatically. If you didn't add it when ordering, open a ticket and we'll add it

HomeLab VPS: no public IPv4. You reach it over WireGuard.

Web hosting: sites share the web server's IP address. Dedicated IPs are not available for web hosting. Free Let's Encrypt SSL works on the shared IP.

Game servers: each server uses our game node's shared IP address with its own port.

We don't promise an uptime percentage. We post planned maintenance on our status page, email affected customers and may give service credits at our discretion.

VPS plans get a 1 Gbps shared port and a monthly data transfer allowance; past it, speed is slowed until the period resets. Web hosting and game server transfer is shown on each plan.

Yes. Every service includes always-on, firewall-based DDoS protection at no extra cost. No protection stops every attack, so keep your own software updated.
