We don't offer free trials. If a new service isn't right for you, you can cancel it within 30 days of activation and we refund the unused part of the term, prorated. After 30 days there are no refunds for the current term.
Setup fees, domain registrations, licence fees and one-time services are not refundable. See "Do you offer refunds?" in the Billing section and section 5 of the Terms of Service.
