How do I install SSL certificates?

SSL certificates from Let's Encrypt are free and set up for you.

Automatic SSL:

Add your domain on the "Domains" page of your hosting plan
Point the domain to us using the nameservers or A record shown on that page
Once DNS points here, the certificate is requested automatically. DNS changes can take a few hours. Until then the domain shows "SSL pending"
Certificates renew automatically 30 days before they expire

You can check each domain on the "SSL Certificates" page. If a certificate didn't issue or renew, use "Request SSL", "Renew SSL" or "Reissue" there.

Using your own certificate:

Open your hosting plan and click "SSL Certificates"
Click "Upload Custom" next to the domain
Paste your certificate and private key (PEM format)
Click "Upload Certificate"

Redirect visitors to HTTPS: HTTPS isn't forced by default. To send all visitors to the secure version of your site, open your plan's "Settings" and turn on "Force HTTPS".

Upload with the File Manager (Upload Files, into /public_html) or connect over SFTP on port 2812 using an FTP account you create in the panel. Plain FTP is not available.

Open your hosting plan, click Email Accounts, then Create Email. Use webmail or set up a mail app with IMAP 993 and SMTP 465. Settings are shown in the panel.

Open your hosting plan, click Databases, then Create Database. Use 172.20.0.1 as the host in your app. phpMyAdmin signs you in automatically from the panel.
