Navigating Your Customer Dashboard

Welcome to your dashboard

The dashboard is your home base. From here you can see the health of every service you own, jump straight into a specific server, check upcoming invoices, and track your loyalty progress toward a free month.

The four main sections

  • Dashboard — an at-a-glance summary of your services, open tickets, amount due, and free-month progress.
  • Services — manage your VPS, Private Homelab VPS, Game Servers, and Web Hosting. Only the categories you actually own appear here.
  • Billing — invoices, payment methods, transactions, and the loyalty program.
  • Support — tickets, the Knowledge Base you are reading right now, and the public status page.

Pinned services

On desktop, frequently used services appear as quick-access pins in the floating header. Pin a server from its detail page so it is always one click away.

Command palette

Press Cmd + K (macOS) or Ctrl + K (Windows / Linux) to open the command palette. Type the name of a server, an invoice number, or an action like "new ticket" to jump there instantly.

Mobile

On a phone the floating header collapses to a top bar with a hamburger menu. Tap the hamburger to open a slide-out drawer with the full navigation. The panel can also be installed as a Progressive Web App from your browser’s “Add to Home Screen” option for a native-app feel.

Profile menu

Open the avatar in the top-right corner to reach your profile, security settings (including two-factor authentication), theme picker, and API keys.
