Free with managed plans: our Migration service is included at no extra cost with Semi-Managed and Fully Managed. It covers:
- A review of your current setup and a migration plan
- Encrypted transfer of your data, with integrity checks
- Testing after the move
- 30 days of extra support after cutover
Without a managed plan: migration work is quoted based on scope. Open a ticket in the Sales department and tell us what you run today, how much data you have and when you want to move.
Quoted work is done under a signed quote, which sets the scope, price and schedule (see section 3 of our Terms of Service). Keep your own copy of your data until the move is confirmed.
