Semi-Managed (CA$99.00/month per server):

- 24/7 monitoring with alerts
- Firewall setup, fail2ban and security hardening
- Backup management and backup alerts
- Performance tuning
- Priority support
Fully Managed (CA$299.00/month per server):
- Everything in Semi-Managed, plus:
- Proactive monitoring
- OS management and application management
- Database optimization
- Intrusion detection, malware scanning and security audits
- Tested restores
- A dedicated account manager
Included with both plans at no extra cost: our Backup and Recovery service and our Migration service.
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Longer billing cycles cost less; the store shows the price for each cycle and the current feature list. Managed services are billed like any other service under our Terms of Service.
