Yes. After 12 months of service you earn a free month.

Every month a service is active and paid adds one month of progress. Quarterly, semi-annual and annual plans earn at the same rate as monthly plans.
Progress is tracked by service family (for example VPS or game servers). Changing plans within a family keeps your progress.
Progress pauses while you have an unpaid invoice.
When you reach 12 months, choose a monthly-billed service in that family and click Redeem Free Month. The next billing cycle for that service is free. Progress then starts building again.

To see your progress, open Loyalty Rewards in the Unified Panel (it's called Rewards on mobile). The free month has no cash value and can't be transferred. See section 4 of the Terms of Service.

If an automatic payment fails we email you and retry the card twice, about 12 hours apart. Unpaid 3 days after the due date, the service is suspended; unpaid 7 days after suspension, it is terminated.

Choose monthly, quarterly (5% off), semi-annual (10% off) or annual (15% off). Renewal invoices come up to 7 days before the due date; cards on file are charged up to 3 days before.
