How do I cancel my service?

To cancel a service:

1. Log in to unified.sableservers.com and open the service.
2. Go to the service's plan page (for a VPS, open Current Plan).
3. In the Danger Zone, click Cancel Service.
4. Choose how to cancel:
   • Cancel at end of billing period: the service runs until your paid period ends, then stops. No more invoices. You can undo this any time before that date.
   • Cancel immediately: the service stops now. Your data is kept for 7 days so you can export it or change your mind. After that, the service is permanently deleted.
5. Pick a reason, click Confirm Cancellation, then Yes, Cancel.

For object storage, use Request Cancellation on the storage page. Cancelling doesn't cancel invoices that are already unpaid.

Important: download a copy of anything you want to keep before cancelling. Backups of a cancelled service are deleted as set out in section 9 of the Terms of Service.
