Earning a Free Month: How Loyalty Works

The simple version

Stay with us for 12 months and your 13th month is on us. That is the entire program.

How progress is earned

  • Monthly plans — each paid month adds 1 month of progress.
  • Quarterly plans — one month credits immediately; the remaining two months drip in monthly so the most you can earn in any calendar month is 1.
  • Annual / biennial / triennial plans — same dripping model: one month each calendar month.
  • Hourly users — earn fractional progress based on your spend versus an equivalent monthly plan, capped at 1.0 per calendar month.

Where to see your progress

Open Billing → Loyalty Rewards (or the Rewards tab on mobile). The page shows:

  • Months earned out of 12
  • A progress bar to the next free month
  • Pending credits that will drip in over the coming months
  • A history of redemptions

Redeeming a free month

Once your progress hits 12 months, the panel shows a Redeem button. You choose which active service the free month applies to. The next renewal of that service shows a $0 base service line; add-ons (extra storage, managed services, overages) are still billed normally.

Hourly customers must switch the chosen service to a monthly cycle before redeeming, because there is no “next monthly invoice” to discount otherwise.

FAQ

  • Do I lose progress if I cancel a service? No — loyalty is account-wide, not service-specific.
  • Do I lose progress when I redeem? Yes, the counter resets to 0 and starts climbing again immediately.
  • Are resellers eligible? No — the program applies to direct customers only.
  • Can I gift my free month? Not at this time. The redemption applies to one of your own active services.
