Yes, for new services:
- Within 30 days of activation: cancel a new service and we refund the unused part of the term, prorated.
- After 30 days: there are no refunds for the current term. Cancelling stops future renewals.
Setup fees, domain registrations, licence fees and one-time services are not refundable. Services terminated for breaking the Acceptable Use Policy are not refunded. Refunds go to your original payment method or to account credit, as you choose.
If you cancel immediately, any refund is processed after the 7-day grace period, in case you change your mind. To ask about a refund, open a support ticket or email billing@sableservers.com. Nothing here limits a refund your local consumer protection law gives you. See section 5 of the Terms of Service.
