Services are billed in advance. You choose a billing cycle when you order:
- Monthly
- Quarterly: 5% off
- Semi-annual: 10% off
- Annual: 15% off
Services renew automatically until you cancel. The renewal invoice is created up to 7 days before the due date. If you have a card on file, we charge it automatically starting up to 3 days before the due date. Any account credit is used first.
Your price stays the same as long as the service stays active on the same plan and billing cycle. All charges are in Canadian dollars (CAD). See section 4 of the Terms of Service.
